After completing the branding exercise to freshen up our look, it was time to turn our attention to our website that, despite having served us extremely well, was in need of its own refresh to take advantage of new technologies that would improve the user experience.

We decided to have it built on WordPress, the most popular website builder platform in the world, for its speed, flexibility and mobile compatibility.  It also has plug-ins for almost anything you may need to integrate including a translation manager we can use to help us maintain articles in both official languages.

Creating a new website was also the opportunity we needed to integrate our new, Sage CRM-based Client Portal which will allow you to register and create support cases (more info to come!) as well as view the contacts we have listed along with a record of the products we show as being installed.  In this way, you’ll be able to verify that information and make a change request if information is incorrect or missing.  To self-register for the portal, your e-mail will need to be in our database though you can create a support request online if you have any difficulties or would like us to add you.
