For those still unfamiliar with the Sage 300cloud web screens, they run in parallel with Sage 300 desktop screens so there’s no need to choose between the desktop or web interfaces and everyone in your organization can choose their which one best suits their needs at the time of access.

Since the initial introduction of web screens in version 2019, every release has added new web screens and this version builds on the Project & Job Costing (PJC) screens that were added in version 2022.

These include:

  • an Equipment Usage screen that records the use of equipment that you own.
  • a PJC Adjustment screen to adjust or transfer timecard, equipment usage, material usage, material return, cost, or charge transactions that you have posted in Project and Job Costing.
  • a PCJ Timecards screen to enter job-related employee timecards to track project labour costs.
  • a PJC transaction history screen and PJC transaction history report to view or print details for job-related transactions in PJC and other Sage programs.

In addition, you can now also enter and work with job-related documents on all PO web screens.

This release also introduces Financial Reporter (FR) for the Web, a web-based tool used to manipulate, format, graph and print general ledger (GL) data.  Financial Reporter for the Web utilizes Microsoft Excel to create financial statements and statement specifications that display data from Sage 300 General Ledger.  As a result, the Sage Intelligence Report Cloud (SIRC) has been removed with the introduction of FR.
