Some of our Sage 300 clients have received calls from Sage promoting a different product.
The calls are from a division of Sage that is currently contacting all current and former Sage 300 and Sage 50 clients directly in an effort to promote Sage Intacct, their new software-as-a-service (SaaS) fully web-based accounting solution. This should not be interpreted as Sage having plans to move away from its core Sage 300/50 products but instead that they recognize the need to offer an option for those seeking to migrate to cloud-based solutions with their modern user interfaces.
That being said, the past few years have made us all consider the need for more accessible systems and right now there are several options available for those seeking to modernize their business management software.
Lately, many of our clients have undertaken a move to hosting their Sage server in a specialized data center rather than undertake a full new system implementation. This has allowed them to gain better remote access and simplify their system management while maintaining the processes developed in their current system.
Some of you may also be curious as to what a newer SaaS system has to offer and we are equipped to help you evaluate these options. Feel free to contact us at any time if you would like us to evaluate your needs and recommend a solution.
