Back in September, Jim covered the What’s new in Sage 300Cloud 2019 including the groundbreaking new Global Search feature. 

Now, with the release of Product Update 1, Sage has added functionality to be able to access Sage 300 Customer information from any device running Microsoft Outlook 365 using their new Sage Contact Outlook add-in.

Within Outlook, the Sage Contact Add-in will display four tabs containing the following customer information:

The Overview tab will show the customer’s available credit information, contact information, salesperson, and price level.

The History tab will show the customer’s balance and payment history including average days to pay, recent invoices &  payments including the 20 most recent.

The Comms tab allows you to see the latest emails related to the customer being viewed.

Lastly, the Notes tab displays notes and comments entered in Sage 300 for the customer.
