Sage CRM wins Best Overall Value from Info-Tech
Sage CRM awarded Info-Tech's Vendor Landscape seal for Best Overall Value.
Info-Tech Research Group, the world's fastest growing IT research and advisory company, helps enterprise IT decision-makers make strategic, timely and well informed decisions. Their "Select and Implement report" helps companies identify a short list of vendors for their IT programs.
Each vendor in this CRM platform landscape was evaluated based on its features, product considerations and vendor considerations. Vendors were profiled using these evaluations and, based on its performance, qualified and placed in specific use-case scenarios. Key vendors in this year’s SME fit use-case scenario also included Salesforce, Microsoft, SugarCRM, Oracle and MaximizerCRM.
Sage was described as a "stable vendor with a strong partner network and solid product support for mid-market organisations."
The Best Overall Value seal was awarded to Sage CRM for having "a very simple user interface paired with good baseline capabilities and an affordable sticker price."
It also pointed to the following strengths:
- Numerous deployment options including private cloud and virtualized on-premise deployment.
- Strong integration with back-office systems. Eg. Sage 300
- The tremendous amount of investment being made into the product's feature development.
- Exemplary interactive dashboards that provide secure access to various user groups.
