As you may know, Sage has recently moved to a new customer portal. Follow the steps to find your Tax Updates to download:

1. Log on to the Customer Portal by entering your username and password (you must be logged in or you cannot access the Tax Updates)

2. On the Welcome page, click the link to “Documents”, then “For Customers”, then “Sage Accpac ERP”, then “Subscriber Downloads”

3. Read the Download Instructions

4. Select the Tax Update you need to install

Important Note: The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Government of Nova Scotia announced changes that affect payroll deductions. For all other provinces and territories, and for federal tax, you can continue to use the January 1, 2010 version of TOD until December 31, 2010.
