Criterion HCM is a web based Human Resource Information Software (HRIS) system accessed in a browser or with iOS and Android Apps
The Criterion HCM modules are:
Core HR: which includes following features: Emp Info, Position Management, Docs/forms, Time Off, Timesheets, benefits, Admin, Open Enrollment, ACA Reporting, Employee Communities, Alerts, Custom Fields & Forms and reports, workflows and approvals, Employee Self Service.
Criterion Payroll: which includes Multi-entity, GL and Labour Distribution, Tax Filing and Payment Processing, Certified Rates, Union Fringes, Workers Compensation, Interface to 3rd party time collection, Overtime, Shift & compensatory Time (Canadian, US and Payrolls for other jurisdictions). Time Management and Scheduling module is integrated to Criterion Payroll
Talent Engagement: which includes Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Performance Reviews, Learning Management System, Analytics & Reporting, Candidate, Employee & Admin Experience Optimization
Time Management and Scheduling (required when using physical time collection devices or the scheduling module)
TimeClocks – Criterion offers physical timeclocks integrated to Criterion Time Management, Scheduling and Payroll
Criterion can be delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) either hosted at AWS in Canada or US, on Customer’s Private Cloud or on-premise installed for those with internet limitations in their location. Criterion also has UI options to view in English, French, Spanish, and other languages.
