Sage Software purchases UniDevCo Products

Sage Software is proud to announce the acquisition of a number of productivity tools from UniDevCo (Uni Development Company Inc.) to enhance the Sage Accpac ERP product line. These products include Sales Analysis, Stock Card, AR Inquiry, and Ops Inquiry. Ops Inquiry is a suite of products that includes Item Inquiry, Item History Inquiry, PO Inquiry, OE Invoice Inquiry, OE Credit Note Inquiry, OE Inquiry, and Quantity Available Report. Sales Analysis, AR Inquiry, and Ops Inquiry make up the Productivity Suite.

These applications will be marketed and sold as Sage Accpac Options products. Existing Sage Accpac Solution Providers will continue to purchase these products through their Sage Accpac Sales Advisors.

Sage Software will take over current Software Assurance contracts for clients using the UniDevCo products and provide ongoing customer support. Additional transition details, including estimated timing for product rebranding and compatibility upgrade releases, will be forthcoming in a few weeks.
