D&A receives Sage Customer Excellence Award for 2008

Ottawa - D&A Business Management Solutions is proud to announce that it has been awarded a Customer Excellence Award for 2008 by Sage, its key software partner. This annual award recognizes exceptional customer service results as measured by Sage using a scoring system called Net Promoter, which surveys customers to find out their likelihood to recommend their Sage Partner. D&A received a Net Promoter score which placed them above Sage's partner average of 47.5% and at more than double the software industry average of 15-20%.
