D&A Business Management Solutions is proud to report that, for the second consecutive year, it has been awarded Sage's Customer Excellence Award. This annual award program, launched in 2008, recognizes exceptional customer service results as measured by Sage using a scoring system called Net Promoter, a customer loyalty metric where customers are surveyed to find out their likelihood of recommending their Sage Partner.
