Process Scheduler automates important repetitive tasks at pre-determined times to avoid interruptions in daily transaction processing, ensure all processes are completed and reduce or eliminate manual intervention to save employees\u2019 time. The actions that can be selected depend upon the licensing level. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Feature 1<\/strong><br \/>For level 1 (Process Scheduler for Data Integrity) you can select:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check All Modules Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Check Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Dump<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Feature 2<\/strong><br \/>For level 2 (Process Scheduler) you can select all level 1 actions, and:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Run Day End<\/li>\n<li>Post AR AP GL System Batches<\/li>\n<li>Post AR AP GL Ready to Post<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Feature 3<\/strong><br \/>For level 3 (Process Scheduler) you can select all level 1 and 2 actions, and also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load<\/li>\n<li>Copy<\/li>\n<li>Run Program (Wait)<\/li>\n<li>Run Program (Don\u2019t Wait)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Feature 4<\/strong><br \/>Allows set up of multiple schedules with multiple tasks within one company or across multiple companies to offload processing of large databases. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Feature 5<\/strong><br \/>Optional email notification for errors.
