D&A offers clients on-site, telephone and remote support for our Products directly through our Team of technical consultants.

We recommend using our web request form to submit your support requests.
Doing so will enter the information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and alert us in a timely manner. Support can also be requested by phone or e-mail.

Following your request for support, you will be contacted either directly by a Consultant with the expertise to help you resolve your problem or our Project Manager who manages the scheduling of our Team. This approach ensures a timely response to requests as our Consultants are often at a Client’s site and unavailable to respond directly to requests.
