For the past few years, we’ve had requests for a technical support plan that would allow Sage 300 users unlimited access to a Help Desk that could answer questions on functionality and help troubleshoot error messages in an effort to reduce downtime.
It is with this in mind that we are releasing two new yearly support plans designed to increase productivity by assisting Sage users with first level technical support to answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
