After visiting 16 US cities in 50 days, Sage's RV bus, specially-wrapped for the Sage Listens RV Tour, rolled into Ottawa on the first stop of a three-city Canadian tour where Sage executives and staff met with customers in an effort to build stronger relationships and gain insights into new feature and service requirements to better support its customers.
We were very excited when we heard that the RV would be coming to Canada...and even more so when we were told Ottawa would be their first stop. On Thursday, September 12th, the RV stopped by to visit one of our customers, Longwood Homebuilders to discuss with them their experience with Sage 300 ERP and Sage CRM. Guy Whissel, the company's President, along with Joel Dumont, their Controller and Lise Laflamme, their customer support representative, enjoyed the opportunity to tell their story directly to Mike Wingrove, Vice-President of Sales at Sage, Harj Sangha & Sylvain Deslongchamps, both Directors of Customer Support, Mike McBrayer, Director, Business Architecture and Marissa Wright, Social Media Specialist. Their visit was even chronicled on the Sage Listen Tour blog by Marissa!
Our Team was fortunate enough as well to spend some time with the Team from Sage and to talk to them about experiences related to us by many of you.
