As our Project Manager, Jim ensures that our projects move ahead as planned and manages the relationships between the three stakeholders, namely, you the Client, our Team and our Software Partners.  This gives him a good perspective on what works and what doesn't when it comes to software implementations.  He will contribute to the blog from time to time in areas where he feels he can provide some insight that can be valuable to our clients at large.
